Cooperative Purchasing Advisory Committee

Committee Charge

This committee of volunteers will advise WiLS on the cooperative purchasing service. Specifically, this committee will:

• Provide feedback and information related to cooperative purchasing from their perspective and the perspective of their library type.
• Provide input into licensing, pricing structures, and other terms that WiLS negotiates with vendors on behalf of members.
• Review service fee structures and advise the board and staff on appropriate and sustainable models.
• Advise WiLS staff on potential new service directions and developments.

The committee will consist of at least one representative from each member type represented on the WiLS board.
