Custom Strategic Plan Development

We’ve worked with libraries large and small in Wisconsin to develop custom strategic plans. A strategic plan helps libraries make big decisions, from how to wisely use their budgets to make the maximum difference in their communities, to having a clear pathway to achieving goals. Every library should be able to afford a plan. We offer a flexible framework that relies on data collection to help make the best decisions and is rooted in the belief that the library is important to its community and its community is important to the library. Repeating our processes helps us learn from other communities and keep our prices down, but there is always room for customization. We listen to what you need and work with you to make it happen.

"Having a strategic plan helps our library manage change in a constructive way. It truly serves to get the board, director, staff and stakeholders all on the same page, working toward the same goals. I can't tell you how many times I take out the strategic plan to draft job descriptions, apply for grants, determine what kinds of programs to offer, even what kind of collection we want to have. WiLS made the process streamlined for the director and the planning team, alleviating our stress and anxiety about the process. They allowed us to put all our energies toward visioning and generating excitement for a bright future for Superior Public Library!"
