
It’s springtime, and time for our K12 community to start thinking about next school year’s cooperative purchasing subscription renewals. If you complete your renewals by May 1st, you’ll be entered for a chance to win a free MyWiLS subscription, a $199 value!
Renewal pricing is being uploaded to MyWiLS as soon as we receive it, and we aim to have all your prices sent to you no later than April 1st.
Members with 15 or more renewals will receive spreadsheets of their pricing information by April 1st. Spreadsheets are available by request for other members. Please email coop@wils.org and include your district name to request one.
As you prepare for your renewals, please review the following steps and contact us at coop@wils.org with any questions or change requests!
1. Make sure you can access MyWiLS
All subscription information can be accessed through your MyWiLS account. If you have not used MyWiLS before, please visit mywils.wils.org and create an account as soon as possible. If you have questions about MyWiLS, please contact us at coop@wils.org.
2. Review the contacts associated with your district
While you’re in MyWiLS, please take a moment to review the contacts associated with your institution under the “Institutional & Contact Information” tab. Update any needed contact information. If you need to add or remove contacts or change contact names, please email us at coop@wils.org.
3. Update your customized invoicing preferences in MyWiLS
You can find your special instructions and delivery method for your invoices and statements in the “Institutional Information” section of your MyWiLS account. Please review them as soon as you can for accuracy, and feel free to add any special instructions and recipients. We want to accommodate your invoicing needs, no matter what they are, just keep in mind that invoicing and statement preferences are district-level.
If you want to cut down on the number of invoices WiLS sends to you, we encourage multiple subscriptions on one purchase order, and can even delay invoicing to bundle multiple subscriptions together, regardless of the renewal month, school, or vendor! Simply list “Please bill all subscriptions on a single invoice” in your invoicing preferences, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Want to save even more time paying your bills and pay them on a schedule that works best for you?
WiLS offers two more ways to help:
- WiLS deposit accounts allow you to encumber and secure funds ahead of time, use them when needed, and streamline your payment processes.
- WiLS bill pay services allow you to simplify and reduce the number of invoices you pay. Simply forward us your bill from any vendor, even if they aren’t a WiLS partner. We’ll pay it immediately and you pay us when it works best for you.
