In June 2026, we were delighted to welcome Liz Dudley to the WiLS team as our new Financial and Operations Assistant. We thought you’d like to get to know her, too! Here’s Liz with a few words as she steps into her new role:
Hi everyone! I’m so excited to introduce myself as WiLS’ new Financial and Operations Assistant.
I’m originally from Brazil, and I’ve been living in Wisconsin since 2022. I moved here with the goal of growing personally and professionally and learning more about new cultures, something I’ve always loved. I hold a degree in accounting, and I bring more than five years of experience in accounting and finance to my role, numbers and analysis have always been a real passion of mine.
As part of the Administration and Finance team, I help support WiLS’ financial and administrative needs, including processing reimbursements and member payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. I also serve as a point of contact for our vendors and members, so you may interact with me around billing, payments, or general inquiries, and I’m always happy to help with whatever else comes up on the administrative side!
From my very first day at WiLS, I’ve felt so welcomed; everyone here is kind and genuine, almost like a family. I bring strong attention to detail and organization to my role, along with the adaptability I’ve gained from building a new life in a different country and culture. I truly love working here.
Outside of work, cooking is one of my biggest passions, especially traditional Brazilian dishes! I also love gathering family and friends together for good conversation and quality time.
