The changes below were made in MyWiLS on March 5th. We hope they make MyWiLS easier and fast to use to manage your WiLS subscriptions! Contact the Cooperative Purchasing team at coop@wils.org if you have any questions.
Coming soon! We are making some changes to MyWiLS to improve your experience. We hope these changes will save you even more time as you get maximum benefit from our Cooperative Purchasing program.
Here are some of the changes we are most excited about:
- Easy access to vendor information: While you can still browse all the vendors and products we offer on our website, vendor information will also now be included directly in MyWiLS, including the vendor description, links to their website, products available, license agreements, and discount codes.
- Customize your statement information: You can now update who will receive monthly statements and what type of statements to receive directly in MyWiLS.
- More easily update your invoicing instructions: For clarity, we separated the previous Invoicing Preferences field into Invoicing Instructions (how you wish to receive and configure your invoices) and Invoicing Recipients (who they are delivered to).
- Manage your WSDLC subscription: For WSDLC members, you can now renew your participation in the consortium through MyWiLS.
- New alerts for important information: If your participation in our Cooperative Purchasing program has expired, it will be highlighted in red and subscription invoices that are more than 90 days overdue will trigger a pop up notification.
- Save time with autofilled fields: The account submitter name and email will be automatically added (both can be edited if needed).
We don’t anticipate any downtime during this update. If that changes, we’ll notify all of our Cooperative Purchasing contacts via email and on the Cooperative Purchasing mailing lists.
