
We are accepting nominations for positions on the WiLS Board and we’d love to have you on our team! Our Board provides us with diverse perspectives that help us create and deliver awesome services that respond to member needs. Nominations are being accepted for seven seats:
- One representative for a Technical College Library seat (one-year term),
- Two representatives for a Public Library seat (three-year term),
- One representative for a K-12 Library seat (three-year term),
- One representative for a Cultural Organizations seat (three-year term),
- One representative for a Special Libraries seat (two-year term), and
- One representative for an At-Large seat (three-year term)
Each seat’s term will begin in July. The Board meets five times per year in a mix of virtual and in-person meetings and may do some work via email between meetings. For more information, see our WiLS Board Member Expectations.
You can nominate yourself or a colleague (as long as you tell them!) by completing our nomination form.
Nominations will close at the end of the day on April 25th and the election will begin in early May.
