
We have recently made some changes to MyWiLS to improve your experience! We hope these changes will save you even more time as you get maximum benefit from our Cooperative Purchasing program.
The updates include:
- Easy access to vendor information: While you can still browse all the vendors and products we offer on our website, vendor information will also now be included directly in MyWiLS, including the vendor description, links to their website, products available, license agreements, and discount codes.
- Customize your statement information: You can now update who will receive monthly statements and what type of statements to receive directly in MyWiLS.
- Update your invoicing instructions: You are now able to update how you wish to receive and configure your invoices, as well as who they are delivered to.
- Manage your WSDLC subscription: For WSDLC members, you can now renew your participation in the consortium through MyWiLS.
- New alerts for important information: If your participation in our Cooperative Purchasing program has expired, it will be highlighted in red and subscription invoices that are more than 90 days overdue will trigger a pop up notification.
- Save time with autofilled fields: The account submitter name and email will be automatically added (both can be edited if needed).
The process for requesting price quotes and trials has not changed. Please use the WiLS Price Quote Request Form for your pricing requests.
