Are you looking for an efficient, cost-effective, and manageable way to make a strategic plan for your small library and community? WiLS is pleased to announce that we have space for up to 10 libraries in the 2024-25 Small Library Strategic Planning Cohort!
To be eligible for this cohort, a library serves a community population of about 5,000 or less, has a strong interest in completing a community-driven and data-informed strategic plan, and has a director who can serve as the library’s planning point person for the duration of the cohort.
The upcoming cohort’s work will begin in October 2024 and final strategic plans will be presented in July 2025. Libraries that plan to participate should confirm with us by the end of September 2024. More details may be found on the cohort’s webpage.
