ReadSquared has an updated look for subscribers!

WiLS staff

We want your reading program participants to have the best user experience, and we have redesigned ReadSquared’s desktop and mobile view with that goal in mind. Whether you’ve used ReadSquared in the past or are considering signing up for a new site, we encourage you to visit our demo site to see these exciting changes.

These are some of the new improvements:

  • Dashboard pages have a better use of white space, larger fonts for readability, and fewer and more standardized colors.
  • Program name appears along with the linked account names in the left side drop down selection for each family member. This will make navigating to the correct program easier for families.
  • A more user-friendly family logging screen.
  • ADA compatibility improvements.
  • A new Gadget Option in your admin site to turn off book logging if a program is Mission or Bingo based. This makes your list of Missions or your Bingo board front and center on the page with no logging panel in the participant view.
  • An addition to the point tracking which allows for fractional points (for example you can now setup points where 30 minutes equals 1 point).

The app includes the same design updates outlined above as well as a new stopwatch feature to track time spent reading. With the improved navigation buttons, your participants can quickly access all of your program extras.
