WiLS Payment Services
Want to save time paying your bills and pay them on a schedule that works best for you? WiLS offers a number of ways to help:
- Customized invoicing: Our flexible invoicing abilities help you pay when and how you need to. You choose what subscriptions are invoiced together (even all of them at once!), when you want to receive them, and to whom they should be sent.
- Deposit accounts: Encumber and secure funds ahead of time, use them when needed, and streamline your payment processes. You send us funds at convenient times during the year and then you do not have to worry about paying invoices individually.
- Bill pay services: Simplify and reduce the number of invoices you pay. Simply forward us your bill from any vendor, even if they aren’t a WiLS partner. We’ll pay immediately and you pay us when it works best for you. (Fees may apply to organizations that are not members of WiLS’ Cooperative Purchasing Program).
Some members take advantage of these services to reduce the administrative time spent adding new vendors to their own systems or to pay invoices that are unpredictable or infrequent. The options give you greater flexibility to allocate and spend your dollars in a way and on a schedule that works best for you.
