Governance
The Board

WiLS is governed by a Board of Representatives from WiLS members. Representatives are chosen by represented consortia or by general membership, depending on the seat. Board members serve three-year terms. For a current list of board members, see the Board page.
WiLS is also advised by a Finance Committee, made up of members of the board, WiLS staff, and citizen members.
Advisory Committees and Workgroups
In addition to the board, members have an opportunity to help shape WiLS services through Advisory Committees and Workgroups. These groups provide input and planning assistance for specific projects and services (Advisory Committees) or complete a specific project or task (Workgroups).
